The applicant shall notify the electric utility of plans for any material modification to the project. The applicant shall provide this notification by

submitting a revised uniform application form and application fee along with all supporting materials that are reasonably requested by the electric utility. The applicant may not begin any material modification to the project until the electric utility has approved the revised application, including any necessary engineering review or distribution system study. The application shall be processed in accordance with R 460.620.
