  • A party may petition the director to reverse an interlocutory order of the administrative law judge. The petition shall state with specificity the factual and legal grounds for the appeal and why there is good cause for the director to rule immediately upon the matter. Other parties shall have 7 days from the date of service of the petition to file a reply, unless the director specifies a shorter or longer response period. If the director finds there is good cause to rule immediately upon the matter, the director shall issue an order affirming or reversing the interlocutory order or shall issue an order requiring additional argument on the matter.
