Section 792.11404. Witness fee vouchers; processing.

At the conclusion of a hearing by the administrative law judge or the Michigan compensation appellate commission, the agency shall process witness fee vouchers for payment for those witnesses who satisfy all of the following conditions:

(a)    Were duly subpoenaed.

(b)    Appeared in person at the hearing.

(c)    Verified their mileage and proper mailing addresses.
