(1) The provisions of 40 C.F.R. Part 63, Subpart ZZZZZ, are adopted by reference in R 336.1902. The owner or operator of a facility subject to the provisions of “National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants for Iron and Steel Foundries Area Sources,” 40 C.F.R. Part 63, Subpart ZZZZZ, shall comply with those provisions.

(2) For purposes of this rule, the terms "administrator" and "EPA" as used in 40 C.F.R. Part 63, Subpart ZZZZZ mean the department.
