(1) The provisions of 40 C.F.R. Part 63, Subpart ZZZZZZ, are adopted by reference in R 336.1902. The owner or operator of a facility subject to the provisions of “National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants: Area Source Standards for Aluminum, Copper, and Other Nonferrous Foundries,” 40 C.F.R. Part 63, Subpart ZZZZZZ, shall comply with those provisions.

(2) For purposes of this rule, the terms "administrator" and "EPA" as used in 40 C.F.R. Part 63, Subpart ZZZZZZ mean the department.
