(1) The provisions of 40 C.F.R. Part 63, Subpart FFFFFF, are adopted by reference in R 336.1902. The owner or operator of a facility subject to the provisions of “National Emissions Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants for Secondary Copper Smelting Area Sources,” 40 C.F.R. Part 63, Subpart FFFFFF, shall comply with those provisions.

(2) For purposes of this rule, the terms "administrator" and "EPA" as used in 40 C.F.R. Part 63, Subpart FFFFFF mean the department.
