(1) An agency shall have and follow written policies and procedures for the adoption services provided.

(2)   The policies and procedures shall cover at least all of the following areas:

(a)   Orientation.

(b)   Training requirements.

(c)   Adoptive evaluation.

(d) Agency recommendation.

(e)   Adoption evaluation record.

(f) Grievance policy as required by R 400.12210.

(3)   An agency shall document that the policies and procedures were provided to all persons making inquiry about the agency’s services.
