(1) A star wheel feeder on a bun intermediate proofer shall be enclosed by a hinged guard on all sides except for an opening to receive the dough. The hinged portion shall be designed to open up when struck by a hand .

(2) The moving parts of a bun intermediate proofer exposed to contact shall be enclosed .
