Requests for extensions of any time limit established in these rules shall be made by written motion and filed with the hearing system before the expiration of the period originally prescribed or previously extended, except as otherwise provided by law, or by stipulation of the parties. A motion under this rule shall be granted only for good cause or on the written stipulation of the parties, and only if the order for extension does not conflict with R 792.10102.
